[18:06] <Supes1Fan> Next up a hysterical look at Lois’ attempt to put her New Year’s resolutions down on

[18:06] <Supes1Fan> paper.  What follows is what one fan called ‘the most adorable, sweetest and

[18:06] <Supes1Fan> *perfect* little New Year's-little-vignette I've ever read’ (Thanks Pel).  Sara’s Best Intentions

[18:06] <Supes1Fan> We all love rewrites of That Old Gang of Mine, and our third nominated story focuses

[18:07] <Supes1Fan> on an bereft and greiving Perry White after the death of his star reporter and favorite

[18:07] <Supes1Fan> ‘son’.  Using a fresh take on a very familiar premise is Sara’s For the Sake of the Story

[18:07] <Supes1Fan> Kaethel summed up our next story like this “Every time I think you've done TOGOM

[18:07] <Supes1Fan> so many times that there's NO WAY you can find something else to say about it, you

[18:07] <Supes1Fan> prove me wrong. This time you made me see Lois's pain and grief and remorse as

[18:07] <Supes1Fan> she realises that her fear of commitment made her miss the best thing that ever

[18:07] <Supes1Fan> happened to her, or could have happened to her if she'd listened to her heart and

[18:53] <Qex> Alright, Now let me start with a little story of my own, that I call 'Goldilocks and the three fanfics'

[18:53] <Qex> One fine day, Goldilocks was exploring the forest near her home, but her games started leading her far from it. She didn't notice how far, until she came across a cottage she'd never seen before.  Being a curious girl, she went inside to explore.

[18:54] <Qex> Inside she found a cozy little kitchen which had a table with a cup of tea, a plate of biscuits, and some printed papers on it.  Looking at the papers, she saw they were called fanfics, all about a feisty woman reporter  and her partner, a mild mannered man who also happened to have super powers

[18:54] <Qex> She sipped the tea, as she was feeling a little hungry, and started to read the fics.  The first one was too short -- she still had plenty of tea left.  The second fic was too long -- she was was afraid the cottage owners would come back before she'd finished it.
